Often times we have limiting beliefs about what we can achieve. For example, you may have a set goal in mind but a little voice inside your head says, “It’s not for you, you don’t deserve that” or “You can’t do it.” These thoughts pollute the mind. One way to stop these damaging thoughts is to override the negativity with positive ones.  Keep reminding yourself that you can do it and be sure to surround yourself with other positive thinkers. You will be amazed at how your attitude will change about your old beliefs.
